The Draconic Language
🐉 General Structure of Draconic Grammar#
In the draconic language, words are formed from roots that carry complete meaning.
Base structure:
- Origin → Force → Manifestation
or
- Source → Transformation → Result
Example:
AETH KAEL VOR
- Aether → fire → power
Translation:
power of primordial fire
1️⃣ Word Order#
The draconic language typically follows:
- Subject → Essence → Action
But in magic, the order shifts to:
- Source → Process → Result
Normal example
DOV KAEL VOR (dragon → fire → power) = the dragon possesses fire power
Magical example
AETH KAEL VOR → the Aether manifests fire power

shorter words and strong sounds, focused on power and destruction
Example:
KAEL VOR (powerful fire)
Celestial Dialect (Ancient or Divine Dragons)#
Characteristics:
longer words, more connectors, ritualistic structure
Example:
AETH AR KAEL ZYN (eternal flame of the Aether)
Abyssal Dialect (Void Dragons)#
Characteristics:
minimalist phrases, omission of connectors, heavy use of NEX
Example:
NEX THAL (absence of life)
🪄 Draconic Magic#
Draconic magic uses complete phrases from the primordial language.
Common structure:#
- Source → Channel → Manifestation
Example:
AETH VEL KAEL (Aether manifests fire)
This literally creates real fire.
Advanced Magic#
Ancient dragons use expanded structures:
AETH RHA KAEL VOR (Aether → flow → fire → power) = torrent of magical fire
🧙 Human Magic#
Humans cannot fully pronounce the draconic language.
So they use runes as conceptual fragments, whose names are the closest approximations humans can pronounce.
